- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1 pound ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- oil for frying
Instructions
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Combine ground chicken with soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, and chili powder.
- Cook the chicken mixture until fully cooked and golden brown.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Fry the filled wonton wrappers until crispy.
- Serve with shredded cabbage, carrots, and cilantro on top.
Notes
- For extra crunch, bake the wonton wrappers instead of frying.
