A delicious recipe for crispy garlic parmesan chicken served over creamy asiago linguine.
Ingredients

- 2 pounds chicken thighs
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces linguine
- 1 cup asiago cheese, grated
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Coat the chicken in flour, then in a mixture of garlic, parmesan, and parsley.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet, and sear the chicken until golden brown on both sides.
- Transfer the chicken to the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions in salted water.
- In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, asiago cheese, salt, and pepper over low heat until smooth.
- Toss the cooked linguine in the asiago sauce and serve with the chicken on top.
Notes
- For extra crunch, broil the chicken for a few minutes after baking.
