- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, beaten eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, and soy sauce.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface and place a spoonful of the mixture in the center.
- Fold the sides in and roll the wrapper tightly.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove from the oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
