Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 2 cups pie crusts
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and chop.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté onions and green bell peppers until soft.
  4. Add chicken ham and cooked turkey bacon to the skillet, mixing well.
  5. Stir in garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
  6. Roll out pie crusts, place filling inside, and cover with another crust.
  7. Cut slits in the top crust for steam to escape.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
