Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 1 pound chicken ham
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and salt, then cut in butter until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
  3. Add water gradually and form the dough, then refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough and cut into circles to form the pie crusts.
  5. Fry the turkey bacon and chicken ham in a pan until crispy, then let cool.
  6. Place the meat mixture onto the pie crusts, then cover with another layer of dough.
  7. Seal the edges and brush the tops with egg wash.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
