Description

These Crispy Taco Cupcakes are a delicious and easy-to-make treat, perfect for a fun dinner or snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 12 wonton wrappers
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
  3. In the same skillet, add the ground beef, onion, and garlic; cook until the beef is browned.
  4. Stir in the taco seasoning and simmer for a few minutes.
  5. Place wonton wrappers in a muffin tin, pressing them down to form cups.
  6. Fill each cup with the beef mixture, then top with shredded cheese.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
  8. Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream.
