- 1 pound ground beef
- 4 ounces turkey bacon
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 12 wonton wrappers
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then remove and crumble.
- In the same skillet, add the ground beef, onion, and garlic; cook until the beef is browned.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and simmer for a few minutes.
- Place wonton wrappers in a muffin tin, pressing them down to form cups.
- Fill each cup with the beef mixture, then top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
- Remove from the oven and top with diced tomatoes, lettuce, and sour cream.
