- 1 lb chicken breast
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 can biscuits
Instructions
- Place chicken in the Crock Pot.
- Add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, add the frozen mixed vegetables and biscuit pieces.
- Stir well and let cook until dumplings are done.
Notes
- For added flavor, use homemade chicken broth.
- Serve with a sprinkle of fresh parsley on top.
