- 1 cup corn
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cups chicken broth

Instructions
- In the Crock Pot, combine chicken, green enchilada sauce, corn, black beans, chicken broth, cumin, garlic powder, onion, diced tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until mixed well.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Before serving, shred the chicken with two forks and stir the soup.
