- 2 lbs beef stew meat or beef tips
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear beef tips for 2–3 minutes on each side until browned.
- Transfer the beef to a crockpot.
- Add beef broth, cream of mushroom soup, ranch seasoning, onion soup mix, Worcestershire sauce, and minced garlic. Stir to combine.
- Add sliced mushrooms and chopped onions. Stir gently to incorporate.
- Cover and cook on low for 6–8 hours or high for 3–4 hours, until the beef is fork-tender.
- 15 minutes before serving, stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over mashed potatoes, rice, or noodles. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

- For deeper flavor, sauté mushrooms before adding them to the crockpot.
