Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts
  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can corn, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
  2. Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and buffalo sauce over the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt on top.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
  5. Shred the chicken with two forks before serving.

  • Serve with shredded cheese and green onions for added flavor.
