- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of the crockpot.
- Add black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, and buffalo sauce over the chicken.
- Sprinkle chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Shred the chicken with two forks before serving.
Notes
- Serve with shredded cheese and green onions for added flavor.
- This chili can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
