Description

A delicious and easy crockpot recipe for French onion beefloaf topped with Swiss cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup French onion soup
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and form into a loaf shape.
  3. Place the loaf into the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until cooked through.
  4. In the last 15 minutes of cooking, top the beefloaf with Swiss cheese and cover until melted.
