A delicious and easy crockpot recipe for French onion beefloaf topped with Swiss cheese.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup French onion soup
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined and form into a loaf shape.
- Place the loaf into the crockpot and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until cooked through.
- In the last 15 minutes of cooking, top the beefloaf with Swiss cheese and cover until melted.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can caramelize some onions and add them to the mixture.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or a side salad for a complete meal.
