Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add minced garlic, heavy cream, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

- About 30 minutes before serving, cook pasta separately according to package instructions.
- Once the chicken is cooked, shred it and mix in the Parmesan cheese.
- Add the cooked pasta to the crockpot and stir to combine.
