- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, cocoa powder, and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat granulated sugar and eggs until fluffy. Stir in vanilla and chocolate chips, then pour over the crust.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, then let cool.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Spread over cooled brownie layer.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
