- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound Italian sausage
- 1/2 pound pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 pie crust
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large skillet, brown the ground beef and sausage over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, cooking until tender. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in pizza sauce and pepperoni, simmer for 5 minutes.
- Place the pie crust in a pie dish and pour the meat mixture into the crust.
- Top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the crust is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For an extra kick, add your favorite hot sauce to the meat mixture.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
