- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 8 slices turkey bacon, diced
- 1 cup chicken ham, chopped
- 2 cups shredded cheese
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté chopped cabbage in the drippings until softened.
- In a large bowl, combine sautéed cabbage, diced turkey bacon, chopped chicken ham, and spices.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with shredded cheese and breadcrumbs.
- Drizzle olive oil on top and bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.
Notes
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and chilled before baking.
