Description

A hearty and savory casserole featuring cabbage, turkey bacon, and chicken ham for a delicious twist on a classic dish.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cabbage, chopped
  • 8 slices turkey bacon, diced
  • 1 cup chicken ham, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté chopped cabbage in the drippings until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, combine sautéed cabbage, diced turkey bacon, chopped chicken ham, and spices.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, top with shredded cheese and breadcrumbs.
  6. Drizzle olive oil on top and bake for 30-35 minutes until bubbly and golden.

Notes
