Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add pumpkin puree, eggs, vanilla, and spices; mix until completely blended.
- Pour the filling over the crust.
- Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until the center is set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
