- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup diced turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced chicken ham
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a large bowl, combine the macaroni, turkey bacon, and chicken ham.
- Add the mayonnaise, red onion, celery, garlic powder, black pepper, and lemon juice. Mix well.
- Stir in the chopped parsley.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of mayonnaise.
