Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a saucepan, combine water and butter; bring to a boil.
- Add flour, stir until smooth, and remove from heat.

- Drop spoonfuls onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool before filling with whipped cream.
- In a bowl, whip heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Fill cooled puffs with whipped cream mixture.
