This Easy Slow Cooker Ground Beef Stroganoff is a comforting family favorite that will warm your heart and satisfy your cravings.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons water
- 12 ounces egg noodles
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the ground beef, onion, mushrooms, garlic, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours, or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
- About 30 minutes before serving, mix the cornstarch and water in a small bowl until smooth. Stir this mixture into the beef mixture.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes on high.
- In the meantime, cook the egg noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Once the beef mixture is ready, stir in the sour cream and serve over the egg noodles.
Notes
- For a creamier stroganoff, add more sour cream to taste.
- You can substitute Greek yogurt for sour cream for a healthier option.
