Description

A delicious and easy-to-make casserole that combines the flavors of fajitas with juicy chicken, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 2 cups tortilla chips
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, bell peppers, onion, tomatoes, fajita seasoning, and sour cream.
  3. In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the tortilla chips, followed by half of the chicken mixture, and half of the cheese.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
