- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 2 cups tortilla chips
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 can diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
- 1/2 cup sour cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the chicken, bell peppers, onion, tomatoes, fajita seasoning, and sour cream.
- In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the tortilla chips, followed by half of the chicken mixture, and half of the cheese.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Notes
- Serve with avocado or guacamole on the side.
- This dish can be made ahead of time and heated before serving.
