- 2 cups stale bread, cubed
- 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 1 cup cranberry sauce

- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the stale bread, turkey, cranberry sauce, onion, celery, thyme, rosemary, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the beaten eggs and mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
