Ingredients

  • 2 filet mignon steaks
  • 8 ounces large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the filet mignon steaks with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Brush the shrimp with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the filet mignon on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
