- 2 filet mignon steaks
- 8 ounces large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the filet mignon steaks with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the shrimp with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Place the filet mignon on the grill and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- In the last 2 minutes of cooking, add the shrimp to the grill.
- When the shrimp are opaque and pink, remove from the grill.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then serve with shrimp on top and a pat of butter.
