- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 2 cups French onion soup
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add turkey bacon and cook until crispy.
- Add diced chicken to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Stir in cooked rice, French onion soup, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with shredded cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add sautéed onions.
- This dish can be prepared ahead of time.
