Description
A delicious twist on classic French onion soup, served as a burger with turkey bacon.
Ingredients

- 1 pound ground turkey
- 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup caramelized onions
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 4 burger buns
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or stovetop skillet.
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped turkey bacon, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Grill or cook the patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side.
- During the last minute of cooking, top each patty with caramelized onions and Swiss cheese. Cover until the cheese melts.
- Spread Dijon mustard on the burger buns.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the buns.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding garlic or herbs to the turkey mixture.
