- 1 head cabbage, chopped
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove and set aside.
- Add olive oil to the skillet and sauté the onion until translucent.
- Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in chopped cabbage and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Return the turkey bacon to the skillet, add seasonings, and stir to combine.
- Cook for a few more minutes and serve hot.
