Description

These Frozen Greek Yogurt Bites are a no-bake, high-protein treat that combines creamy Greek yogurt, natural peanut butter, and rich dark chocolate chips. Perfect as a healthy snack, post-workout bite, or lunchbox favorite — easy to prep, freeze, and enjoy!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • In a bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey/maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.

  • Fold in the chocolate chips.

  • Scoop out small rounds onto the baking sheet.

  • Freeze for at least 2 hours, until firm.

  • Transfer to an airtight container and keep frozen.

Notes

Microwave peanut butter briefly if it’s too thick to stir.

You can use mini muffin tins with liners for uniform shapes.

Optional add-ins: crushed nuts, shredded coconut, or granola.

Best enjoyed straight from the freezer.
