Ingredients

1 lb ground beef (80/20 preferred)

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

½ small onion, finely diced

1 tsp garlic powder (or fresh minced garlic)

4 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1 tube crescent roll dough

2 tbsp butter, melted

1 tsp garlic powder (for butter)

Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

Brown the beef: Cook ground beef in a skillet until no longer pink. Add onion, garlic, Worcestershire, and paprika. Stir until aromatic.

Make it creamy: Off heat, mix in cream cheese and cheddar until melted and combined. Let it cool.

Assemble: Roll out crescent dough into a rectangle. Spread filling, roll tightly, and chill for 15 minutes.

Slice & bake: Cut into 1-inch rounds, place on parchment-lined tray, brush with garlic butter.

Bake: 375°F for 15–20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
Chill the filled roll before slicing to prevent mess.
Swap beef for turkey or use fathead dough for a keto version.
