Description

Cheesy, garlicky beef rollups made with crescent dough – a viral, family-friendly comfort food perfect for snacks, dinner, or meal prep.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 preferred)

  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

  • ½ small onion, finely diced

  • 1 tsp garlic powder (or fresh minced garlic)

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 tube crescent roll dough

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1 tsp garlic powder (for butter)

  • Chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef: Cook ground beef in a skillet until no longer pink. Add onion, garlic, Worcestershire, and paprika. Stir until aromatic.

  2. Make it creamy: Off heat, mix in cream cheese and cheddar until melted and combined. Let it cool.

  3. Assemble: Roll out crescent dough into a rectangle. Spread filling, roll tightly, and chill for 15 minutes.

  4. Slice & bake: Cut into 1-inch rounds, place on parchment-lined tray, brush with garlic butter.

  5. Bake: 375°F for 15–20 minutes until golden brown. Let cool 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

Chill the filled roll before slicing to prevent mess.

Swap beef for turkey or use fathead dough for a keto version.

Freezer-friendly: Freeze before or after baking.
