- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 lb pasta shells
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season steak cubes with salt and pepper in a bowl and set aside.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat, add garlic, and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
- Add steak bites and cook 5–7 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned. Remove and set aside.
