- 1 pound chicken breast, diced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the Parmesan, mozzarella, and provolone cheeses until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked penne to the skillet, along with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to combine.
- Serve hot with extra cheese on top, if desired.
