A delicious twist on grilled cheese with garlic butter and zucchini.
Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons garlic butter
- 2 medium zucchini, sliced
- 4 slices bread
- 4 slices cheese
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Spread garlic butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Assemble sandwiches with slices of cheese and zucchini in between the unbuttered sides.
- Cook until golden brown on each side, about 3-4 minutes per side.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add herbs to the garlic butter.
