- 1 pound chicken breast, sliced

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
Instructions
- Cook lo mein noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add garlic and chicken, stir-frying until the chicken is cooked through.
- Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce and oyster sauce, mixing everything well.
- Finally, add the cooked lo mein noodles and sesame oil, tossing everything together until well combined.
