- 1 lb ground turkey
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy; remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, Italian seasoning, cooked bacon, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese; mix well.
- Unroll biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit.
- Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each biscuit, fold and seal edges.
- Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
