Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 4 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy; remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, add ground turkey and cook until browned.
  4. Add garlic, Italian seasoning, cooked bacon, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese; mix well.
  5. Unroll biscuit dough and flatten each biscuit.
  6. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each biscuit, fold and seal edges.
  7. Arrange on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
