- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 package refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground turkey, chopped bacon, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and flatten each piece.
- Place a spoonful of the turkey mixture in the center of each dough piece and fold the dough around it.
- Brush the tops with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
