- 2 chicken breasts
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 sandwich rolls
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Coat each chicken breast with the mixture.
- Place the chicken on a baking sheet and cook for 25–30 minutes.
- While the chicken is cooking, butter the sandwich rolls and toast them until golden brown.
- Once the chicken is done, slice it and place it on the toasted rolls.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some fresh herbs to the mayonnaise mixture.
- These sandwiches can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
