Description

A delicious and easy recipe for garlic parmesan chicken sandwiches that are bursting with flavor.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 sandwich rolls
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat each chicken breast with the mixture.
  4. Place the chicken on a baking sheet and cook for 25–30 minutes.
  5. While the chicken is cooking, butter the sandwich rolls and toast them until golden brown.
  6. Once the chicken is done, slice it and place it on the toasted rolls.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add some fresh herbs to the mayonnaise mixture.
