Ingredients

- 8 ounces linguine or spaghetti
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Stir in the butter until melted and combined, then add the cooked pasta and toss to coat.
- Add the cooked turkey bacon, chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper, then mix well.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For added flavor, you can squeeze fresh lemon juice over the pasta before serving.
- Feel free to substitute regular bacon if desired.
