Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces linguine or spaghetti
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the chopped turkey bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. Stir in the butter until melted and combined, then add the cooked pasta and toss to coat.
  6. Add the cooked turkey bacon, chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, salt, and black pepper, then mix well.
