Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a jelly roll pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs, butter, buttermilk, and vanilla until combined.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Once baked, roll the cake in the parchment paper and let it cool completely.
- Unroll the cake and spread the chocolate ganache, coconut, and pecans evenly.
- Roll the cake back up tightly and refrigerate before serving.
