- 1 cup crushed chocolate cookie crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs

- 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 8 ounces German chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
- Stir in vanilla, coconut, pecans, and melted chocolate until well combined.
- Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60 minutes or until set. Cool and refrigerate before serving.
