  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 ounces German chocolate, melted

Instructions

  2. Mix cookie crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing after each addition.
  5. Stir in vanilla, coconut, pecans, and melted chocolate until well combined.
  6. Pour filling over the crust and smooth the top.
  7. Bake for 60 minutes or until set. Cool and refrigerate before serving.
