- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then cool and slice.
- Cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop.
- In a bowl, whisk together the vinegar, vegetable oil, mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the potatoes, chicken ham, red onion, and turkey bacon.
- Pour the dressing over the potato mixture and toss gently to combine.
