In honor of National Dessert Day, these Ghost Oreo Truffles are the perfect indulgent treats to celebrate the occasion.
Ingredients

- 1 package Oreo cookies
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 16 candy eyes
- 1 teaspoon black decorating gel
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine.
- In a bowl, mix crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Chill the truffles in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt white chocolate chips and vegetable oil together until smooth.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted white chocolate and let excess chocolate drip off.
- Return the dipped truffles to the baking sheet and place two candy eyes on each one.
- Using black decorating gel, draw a spooky mouth on each truffle.
- Allow the truffles to set before serving.
Notes
- Store the truffles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
- These truffles can also be frozen for later enjoyment.
