Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)

  • 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 3/4 cups chicken broth
  • 2/3 cup milk
  • 1 pie crust

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Gradually stir in chicken broth and milk, cooking until thickened.
  4. Mix in chicken and vegetables. Pour into the pie crust.
