A delightful and indulgent dessert that combines the crunchiness of graham crackers with the richness of toffee.

- 1 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 10 graham crackers
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange the graham crackers in a single layer.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring until well combined.
- Bring the mixture to a boil and let it boil for about 3 minutes.
- Pour the toffee mixture over the graham crackers and spread evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.
- Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top.
- Let the chocolate sit for a few minutes, then spread it over the toffee.
- If desired, sprinkle chopped nuts on top before the chocolate sets.
- Let cool completely before breaking into pieces.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
- Try adding a sprinkle of sea salt for extra flavor!
