Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 3 carrots
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  3. Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Cut potatoes and carrots into chunks and place them in a baking dish.
