Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
  4. Slice the bell pepper and zucchini, and grill them alongside the chicken for about 5 minutes.
  5. Slice the avocado just before serving.
