- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 zucchini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Slice the bell pepper and zucchini, and grill them alongside the chicken for about 5 minutes.
- Slice the avocado just before serving.
- Assemble the grilled chicken on a plate with the veggies and top with slices of avocado.
