- 4 lobster tails
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and add minced garlic, lemon juice, and parsley. Stir well.
- Cut the lobster tails in half lengthwise and brush with garlic lemon butter sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper.
- Place lobster tails shell-side down on the grill for about 8-10 minutes, basting with sauce.
- Remove from grill and serve with extra garlic lemon butter sauce.
