Ingredients

  • 4 large potatoes, sliced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the meat is fully cooked.
  3. In a baking dish, layer half of the potatoes, followed by the beef mixture, then the remaining potatoes.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Pour this mixture over the casserole.
