Description

A delicious and easy recipe for a hearty ground beef potato casserole that the whole family will enjoy.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 4 medium potatoes, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and onion until browned.
  3. In a baking dish, layer half of the sliced potatoes, followed by the beef mixture, and then half of the cheese.
  4. Repeat the layers with the remaining potatoes, beef, and cheese.
  5. In a bowl, mix the cream of mushroom soup with milk, then pour it over the casserole.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for another 15 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
