- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine the chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and cocoa powder.
- Stir continuously until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and crushed nuts.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan and spread evenly.
