- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 package puff pastry
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface.
- Cut the pastry into strips and layer ham and cheese on top.
- Wrap the turkey bacon around the filled pastry strips.
- Brush with egg wash and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
