- 1 package graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup butterscotch sauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of jars.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold this into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add butterscotch sauce, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Layer the cheesecake filling into the jars on top of the graham cracker crust.
- Chill the jars in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Drizzle additional butterscotch sauce on top before serving.
Notes
- For a more intense flavor, let the jars chill overnight.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of extra graham cracker crumbs if desired.
