Ingredients

  • 1 package graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup butterscotch sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of jars.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth.
  4. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold this into the cream cheese mixture.
  5. Add butterscotch sauce, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  6. Layer the cheesecake filling into the jars on top of the graham cracker crust.
  7. Chill the jars in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Drizzle additional butterscotch sauce on top before serving.
