Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Add the oil, eggs, and vanilla to the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Fold in the grated carrots, crushed pineapple, and walnuts.

- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
